Im not being sarcastic or mean with what im about to say man.
It seems english isnt ur first language, so maybe u havent fully understood the nfo.
I suggest gettin an nfo file for whatever language it is u speak. They are nfo sites and net releases of spanish games/nfos, german, portuguse, french, italian, russian, dutch, swedish, assorted asian languages and prolly some i havent mentioned.

If ur asking what file u need to burn, like the cue file so to speak
Open up Blindwrite and there should be an option to burn a disc from an image, or a load image button. Press it, and browse to the folder with the .bwa,bwi,bws,bwt. files...it should only recognize the cue sheet, or click the drop down menu and u should see a description of the various file types
I dont use blindwrite but most of the burning appz are the same when it comes to this...if ur asking to burn it with some other special features, I suggest going to www.cdfreaks.com they have smart dudes and a load of information when it comes to burning, ripping, protections and related matter on cd's,dvd's + other types of media's.
Or go to the blindwrite website for an explanation of which one is the loader/cue sheet...i've been trying to think of which one it is, but I havent used blindwrite in a long time - personally i dont like it and most games that require blindwrite to be burnt can be emu'ed (mounted).
Try mounting ur image file in daemon tools - daemon tools will auto recognize the loader/cue sheet if i recall correctly. Install with no emu options and play the game with it mounted.
Or even still, the images u have for the game, burn them as DATA, not an IMAGE onto the CD and play them mounted with daemon or alcohol (ur choice - Daemon is better I'd say). And leave Daemon in the sys tray when u mount the image to play the game.
Simplest method man...most games that can need some sort of special burning, i find that they can be played emu'ed just as good.
