removed japan movies.. does that means all english movies are kept? so nothing important for game is missing?

It's relinked to US version of the movies, so if you choose japan language then you see the US videos.

So Ninja Gaiden Black is just a updated version to Ninja Gaiden 1? there is no need to keep both in my collection?

Holy freakin' crap I suck at this game. I died hardcore in the ninja fortress.
I don't do so well surrounded by like 3 guys at once.. what are you supposed to do in those situations?
