We're going to by an all-in-one multimedia center to use in the living room. It's gotta have DVD-playback, hdd and/or dvd-recording possibility, playback of xvid and divx, and preferably an ethernet connection so I can transfer movies back and forth between the device and my PC.
I've been looking at the KiSS DP-558 <- Click for link
But from some reviews it seems it still contains some bugs, allthough many of them have been adressed in various updates.
Anyone have any advice or recommandation as to which one I should by? Suggestions are welcome.
Just make a PC that can do it and run some opensource linux based software? If you're interested in the idea, I'll go searching for the links for everything that'd you'd need.
