I'm having a problem with a soundcard under windows ...
The sound is coming too fast i check it with WMV files and ASF files (from my digital camera) also some WAV is going to fast .. but the normal mp3 is going good
I deleted most of the audio codec installed sound drivers again and it still hasn't changed :/

OS : Windows98 (no SE)
Soundcard : yamaha OPL3-Sa

Anyone know any solution ?

Try disabling your device and then re-enabling it.

Didn't worked out Neutral
Even installing upgrade to SecondEdition didn't helped.
Maybe this will help ya to find a solution :

All films that i'm having problem with them are from sony sd camera.
Even coverting asf to divx/xvid didn't helped. The sound is going to fast ...

Try decreasing the acceleration on the card. You can do this in Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices - Advanced - Performance.

This helped me with a game where I had the same problem. Dunno if it will help you, but worth a try Smile

Cheers
