Ok, Im trying to re-reg with SOE so i can play The Matrix online. SOE just took control of the game from WB...anyway, i go to do what they call "the transition" last nite. Says my serial key is invalid...I phone the Matrix online support ppl, they tell me they dont deal with that problem and I should contact SOE and they gave me a number. I call they are closed.
So i call WB back, as what else I can do. They recommend live chat support through SOE.
So, I go and do that....says agents are available and the hours for live assistance are 9am-6pm PST...well, Ive submitted like 10 requests so far for live support and 4 email support requests and NOTHING!!
So, I get home from work today, i phone SOE support...and again, they arent open...their hours (for phone support) are 9am-12pm PST and 3:30pm-6pm PST...really, wtf? are these ppl trying to lose money? U cant get help through the website in any fashion (live support or email), u cant get help from WB - buncha useless bitches and the SOE phone support ppl barely fuckin work...!!!
And yet I am still paying for a fuckin game I cant play...and will i get an extra 2 days of credit to my account? FUCK NO!! This type of shit makes me wanna fuckin pull my hair out...what kinda slack ass fuckin company is this...especially when it comes to videogames...ppl dont like to wait.
Anyway, I figure Im gunna give em a call at 6:30pm EST so it will be 3:30pm PST and hopefully this shit will work...
Lets have a vote tho
1. Issue is resolved easily and simply
2. I have to go through TONS of fuckin bullshit

This is fuckin bullshit....I've been calling during their operating hours and no one fuckin picks up...I go to their site for "live help" wait in queue and when I get to #1...says no agents available...what kinda motherfuckin rejects does sony employ?

give it up man... quit it... save money, save yourself trouble and last but not least save yourself endless hours of your life that are wasted with playing a game that has no future... and dont start WoW or somtn.. life is just too valuable to throw it away for.... what?
i guess they want to get rid of all the ppl still playing it anyway...

Naw, i finally got an online help from SOE online chat help...they have a page where u can convert your old account simply and quickly with no problems....
WHich is kinda fuckin retarded since the guy who helped me told me it had to be requested becasue they preferred user's to re-enter their serial number rather than oh I dunno, DO IT THE FUCKIN SMART WAY?!
