Just discovered this site... God I haven't played some of these games in ages!

and they had my first real computer game ever! (Captain Comic Michael A. Denio, 1989)

Anyways, check it out, you'll see a lot of familiar names if you used to play games and use shareware back in the day, it's quite funny seeing it now.

Well it is nice seeing all these games and it brings back memories.
Too bad most of the games are the same demos and shareware that I tried back in the old days.
Dammit I wanna play the full versions for once.

I was in the 'old school gaming' faze myslef lately (till DS2 came out) and played lost of great games. Not as old as Amiga or C16 but played games like Forsaken, Descent etc. Lots of fun, especially since those game run and look better then even originally intended (AF,AA filters)

Same here. I have a nice laptop with about 10 gigs of meme, snes, nes and gba games on it. With four nice joystics it makes for a ultimate portable game station.

I had no use of my left hand for about 2 weeks after a day of serious gaming
of Rampage at the local video rental store. So i know this game a little Smile.

Rampart is the shit!. The best version i found is the SNES Super Rampart.
Does anyone have any othe better ones?
