i downloaded 2 times from diffrent location but still won't install

any idea why

i have got only start up screen

when i press install nothing happend

I guess you got the Autorun screen up?
You could try to locate the setup.exe / install.exe file on the CD/DVD and manually launch it. I don't have the game, so I can't tell you exactly where it is, but you shouldn't have any problems finding it.
