image file is complete for cd2 that is not the issue - installation routine does not recognize it - maybe cd2 has the wrong name after being burnt or mounted

Found this info in some NG. I'm just going to copy and paste the info so don't blame me for any typo's Smile

Good luck!

1. Relable the discs DIPS_CD1 & DIPS_CD2

or

2. The only way to install is to copy all of disk 1 and only the PIP directory from disk 2 to your hard drive then install

or

3. Now for one last update. My plan to make one DVD worked. You need to copy the contents of both discs (mounted as images is ok and saves discs...grin) to a temp directory skipping the 2 files in the root of disc 2. Then go into the PIP directory and load the PI.MSI file into a binary hex editor. The way I did was to change the DIPS_CD1 and DIPS_CD2 entries in the file to both read DIPS_DVD. Then I used UltraISO (WinISO or another similar program would work too) to create an ISO image of the contents of the temp directory including the modified PI.MSI file and gave it a volume label of DIPS_DVD to match the edited PI.MSI file. After saving the ISO image I mounted it using Alcohol's image drive and ran the setup on one of my full size computers at home. It worked perfectly not even stopping to ask for disc 2. BTW, the test I mentioned in my last message that involved setting the volume labels of the 2 discs to match the PI.MSI file was done on my notebook computer at work.
