WONDERLAND.(2003).DivX.AC3.(Rus+Eng).by.DiGiTUS
It's dubbed to russian, and there is included an extra sound file for english speech: Wonderland English 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3

What videoprogram support inserting a external soundfile?

Or if you want to keep the russian sound you could take out the english sound and put in the russian sound with virtualdub.
