How well do u sleep?
on a scale on 1-10, 1 being u have some very serious insomnia and 10 being u fall asleep with a smile on ur face - u may or may not give reasons as to why u dont sleep good or sleep good
I'd rate my sleep about a 4
My mind races when i lay down to sleep

Say maybe a 2. I don't have too much trouble falling asleep, but when I do sleep, I tend to fight, kick, punch, run, talk and generally act out what I'm dreaming like I'm not fully asleep. It can be tough on my fiance when she takes a kick to the leg or a palm strike to the ribs. I almost broke my hand one time by punching a table next to me with a not fully closed fist.
We've joked, well half-joked about tying my arms and legs up while I sleep so I don't hit her/anything. Obviously, I wake up not rested at all. It pretty much sucks. If I drug myself up with a lot of sleeping pills, I'm usually immobile. I should probably get a prescription for some strong sedatives to knock me out.

same here
I try to anyway, but I need to be alert at my job
fuckin melt my hand welding or somethin lol
actually thats not funny cuz I did melt a part of my hand when I first learned to weld a long time ago
I welded a piece, a simple t joint and turn around to talk to my dad right. He said grab the piece and we'd bend it to test the strength of the weld
well, I only weld with one glove on, the hand that holds the gun is bare...anyway, not thinking i picked up the boiling hot piece...and since it was so hot i didnt feel it right away, i had it in my hand for a good 5-7 seconds. Now it looks like someone tried to slice my hand apart...plus, on the same arm, I have a scar that looks like i tried to slit my wrist, big, dirty scar...one of my ex's tried to kill me, cuz she thought i was cheating, so she slit my right wrist when we were sleeping...obviously, I woke up and I legally got a punch in there ...I have bad luck eh?

Well i sleep 3-4 hours a day usually. My sleep is peaceful though and seems to be enough. Every now and then i'll have a long 12 hour sleep but thats only once a month at most. I can regularly stay up for 24hours plus and only have a few hours sleep and continue my routine. I dont hate nor like sleep i just cant go to bed at "sociable" hours. I can sleep in almost any position given i'm tired enough, i once crashed out in my m8s garage on his exercise bike. Admittedly i was half pissed but i was still impressed how i managed to stay "balanced" all night

Give it 10 year's and everyone is gunna be a buncha wired, coked-up like sketch pads staying up for days on end
Mind u, stay up for 5-6 days and see the kinda buzz u get
u trip hard
So far, I haven't slept since Friday

I sleep badly. I always wake up with back pains. I love falling asleep though. I'd rate it 7. I usually fall asleep in awkward positions.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year, running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.

10 really. Not drinking, smoking and using drugs does help apparently. In summer I like to sleep with the bedroom windows open; I live in the countryside and there's hardly any noisy traffic. Hearing the wind pass through the little forest next to my driveway beats counting sheep. Perhaps I sleep too well, last night some retarded drunk adolescents were wrecking the neighbour's garden, yet I didn't wake up.
I usually sleep for six hours, maybe 7 sometimes. Eight hours of sleep is too much for an adult, sleep a bit less and you'll live longer. I always get up quite early, listening to Edvard Grieg's 'morning mood' at sunrise is worth getting up early for alone. I could sleep longer, but sleeping late makes me feel weak and lazy.

I can't remember how I sleep, I tend to be asleep when I do.
But I reckon it's a 7 or 8.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

4/10
Recently i don't have much time for sleep :/
Usually go sleep at 2/3am and waking up at 7 am and working till 9pm.
Almost no time for so called social life ...
After a typical day one or two beers make me almost drunk and i fall asleep very quickly then
