Got a computer someone wants me to fix and the problem is -
When you click Print Preview in Internet Explorer it just shows a the grey print preview box with the bottons on the top, NON of the Buttons respond when you press them (Even the "Close" button), To close it you have to press the "X"
You cant Print With Internet Explorer
When you Click "Start", "Search" the box on your left that has all the search options in is Just Pure Bright RED and their is no Search options. When you clik file you only get close and you cant select Edit, View or help. When you Select Tools and Folder options, Folder options dont load.
When you try to run Windows Update it just shows a blank page
I have Scanned for Spyware Etc and removed 126 in total using 3 difference spyware apps then I searched for viruses and removed about 12.
Im thinking some important needed files or something have been corrupted or deleted.
Anyone know?
I think it looks like complete Format time and a fresh Windows install done.
