That is the logical conclusion, but sony might demand censorship if they want the game published on its console. Publishers treat asian companies differently than western.
It's not fat shaming, it's just that the amount of calculations required to run jiggle physics on all the fat rolls in every inch of that body requires a nuclear powerplant
