Driv3r (c) Atari *PAL* *FULLDVD* 62x50 MB ORGASM

I burnt it on 1x Speed onto a Ritek G04 DVD-R and in the main menus, it jumps alot and during games, when the cops chase you it jumps sometimes as well...

Anyone else getting this problem? is it a problem with the release??

I had a hard time burning it with DVD Decrypter at any speed, but it eventually burned with Nero, and plays fine Confused

Maybe its the software you are burning it with?

Is your PS2 NTSC or PAL? I've read there are problems with the movies on NTSC PS2s. But if it even skips in-game I would say it sounds like it's your laser. Do you have any problems in other games?

Its a PAL PS2... I Have No Problems with other games, Just this one Sad so I dont think its the laser.

Jumps like mad in the menu when the game starts... Takes about 3 seconds to select a game mode like "Free Ride" or what ever its called, then it takes about 10 seconds to get down to the select your car setting... its them little videos in the menu thats causing the problems.. Once its in the game It jumps about once every minute, but when the cops are comming after you it jumps more...

The game Burned fine at 1x speed with DVD Decrypter (No Errors while burning)... The DVD-R was a MIRROR PLATINUM PRO With the Ritek G04 Dye.

Cant be bothered burning it on another DVD-R... To be honest I liked GTA: VC better Very Happy (In my opinion VC has much better controls)... But Im getting a HArd Drive, so Saving the Game to the HDD Will probably fix this problem wont it??

My PS2 Is a V4 so maybe that has something to do with it... I heard that some older machines were having problems playing newer games (Or was that just V1 Machines?)
