Since the TSR69 account was never permabanned (you just never logged back in after the temp ban), realistically, your only two options right now are*
- Enable Batman's detective mode and go through the endless pile of empty beer cans searching for an old HDD with the password on it
- Contact an admin

But then again it's probably accessible to admin(s) only, who are permanently unavailable/busy/scared to ruin this old fart with irregular database modifications.
