It's a couple of DVDs of a TV-series that is not available on Prime, and downloading wasn't possible (no seeders).
And now it ships from New Zealand.

When it says "+ original" it means it has original (non translated to Russian) audio.
I assure you from personal experience even 10-12 seeds on this site will give you great speeds.
You will have to work slightly on your translation skills to get registered there, registrations are open.

All you need to do is tick the box saying you have received a replacement / refund for the missing item and post it back in the prepaid envelope. Or scan and email it.
It is very important to us that this process gets completed. This way we are able to keep providing a satisfactory level of service when parcels go missing or are damaged.
If you end up getting both the orders please email and write "return to sender" on the parcel and pop back into a post box. This way there is no additional cost to you.
