I've said it for years, VR will not be mainstream, ever. Unless its some anime like deep dive stuff. Its too costly to make big games for a weird market, so few take a chance. When they do its just that one game, which speaks volumes about the sales.
everyone i've heard so far is describing the game as being very similar to the original game and that's the game they took inspiration from, even the combat is said to be translated over really well, e.g when fighting multiple enemies.
to me the two games looks to play extremely similar but like always with VR; better or more immersive controls.
very good game, up there alongside hl alyx, despite being done by a different studio its a true arkham game, has everything from that universe and done right. the structure is mostly linear corridor with some bigger rooms that are the classic takedowns.
