Abiotic Factor is an online co-operative survival-crafting game that you can play either solo or with a science team of up to five friends. It’s set in a sprawling research facility that has been overrun by paranormal threats. Basically a solo/coop game about being a scientist at Black Mesa. There's a demo now, it's pretty fun and has some good dark humor.
Slog of a game, nothing that excites the player, like seeing some cool area that you would like to explore so you get focused on getting better, no cool enemy you run into and you want to get better to fight it. It's just the next boring office room after the next.
it does capture a half-life environment really well, that's what it does well, which isnt nearly enough to make it a fun experience.
