World news or not, why is the CEO of a company having a discussions with individual users directly about their account access?
To me that's a mix of authoritarianism and favoritism.
Having an entire dept that handles, reviews, and does account suspensions and unbans. Then overstepping them personally for one user to address them in a personal setting about 'taking care of it'.
Plus 30 seconds in feels like that just reinforces it "Your account is being restated..But catch me up, what exactly happened, and what did you say to get banned"
Shouldn't you know that BEFORE proclaiming as CEO his account is unbanned by your decisions??
An hour and 1/2 long, Elon makes it 30 seconds before showing he's unbanning him for personal reasons, without even knowing the situation of why he was banned, or if it was right or wrong?

Detectives are believed to have moved in to arrest controversial influencer Andrew Tate after a blogger released a video claiming that he 'planned to leave' Romania and 'never return'.
British lawyers representing women who were allegedly raped and sexually assaulted by Tate passed it to authorities in Romania and the UK who acted on it immediately.
There were fears he was secretly planning to flee the country and escape justice by heading to a country that has no extradition laws with Romania or Britain and so police there acted immediately.
In the video, blogger Adin Ross described how he had been in contact with Tate in recent days and they had discussed him coming to Romania to film an interview with the multi millionaire.
Ross told his viewers 'this is ****ing peaking' before adding that Tate had told him: 'Hey, I'm going to be leaving Romania soon and never coming back.'
He said that Tate added: 'So if you want to come and see me it's basically now or never.'
The Tate brothers are currently banned from leaving Romania while being investigated by authorities there on sex and people trafficking charges.
Both had been under house arrest but this condition was later removed but they must remain in the country.
A request to leave Bucharest and visit their mother in Luton who had suffered a heart attack was denied at Christmas by officials.
Online streamer Ross was one of five people who had originally been given permission to visit Tate but this was later overturned.
Ross later posted on social media: 'Joe Biden please go ahead and pardon Andrew Tate.'
MailOnline can also reveal that the police force who asked for the brothers to be arrested is Bedfordshire and it relates to new allegations made against the brothers since their high profile arrest.
Speaking as he arrived at court one of the Tate legal team, Eugen Vidineac, said: 'We have very few information, regarding this warrant.
'We don't know what this is all about, as far as we know the investigation from 2012 was closed, but we don't know if it's been reopened with a new investigation.'
There were unconfirmed reports that judges had postponed the hearing as prosecutors had requested for both brothers to remain in custody pending the end of the Romanian investigation.

Law firm McCue Jury & Partners, who are representing four women who have accused Tate of rape and sexual assault, said in a statement: 'Last week, we received information that Tate might have been planning to flee Romania, where he is due to stand trial for separate allegations of rape and human trafficking.
'We wrote to the British police to bring this to their attention and to urge them to immediately seek a warrant for Tate's detention in Romania and extradition to the UK.'
Andrew Tate, who gained millions of fans by promoting an ultra-masculine lifestyle, was indicted in June in Romania along with his brother and two Romanian women for human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. They have denied the charges.
The case has since been with the Bucharest court's preliminary chamber, which needs to decide whether the trial can start. A decision has yet to be made, with Romanian courts backlogged.
In response to their arrest today, the spokesman for the Tate brothers added: 'The suggestion that Mr Tate's rise to fame may have played a role in these developments adds another layer of distress and concern.
'Andrew and Tristan Tate unequivocally deny all allegations and decry what they perceive as an exploitative use of the legal system.
'They are fully committed to challenging these accusations with unwavering determination and resolve.
'The brothers emphasise their belief in a fair and impartial legal process, despite the unsettling circumstances surrounding their case.
'In the face of adversity, the Tate brothers draw strength from the support of their loved ones, friends, and legal team.
'They appeal for a fair examination of the facts, expressing confidence that a thorough review will reveal the baselessness of the allegations against them.'
