Fort Solis is a single-player, third-person thriller set over one long night on the far side of Mars. Engineer Jack Leary responds to a routine alarm where events unravel and escalate out of control in a way he could never have imagined.

lol well that is a red flag and reason to be concerned but I remain cautiously optimistic.
Does have a lot of Callisto Protocol vibes too :/
And might be the first disappointing game featuring Troy Baker but the fact that he is in it is a good sign, right? Very Happy

"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

why do they make these games so boring?

a concept which has been successful since the beginning of time is to mix things up a bit (story and slow build-up to build atmosphere AND action) to involve the reader/player/watcher a bit more.

Oh dear some of these aren’t good.

https://opencritic.com/game/15387/fort-solis

It’s only £25 on the PS5 too.
I was expecting twice that.
Also there’s a 1 hour game trial with PlayStation Plus Premium.

And that it was made by a 15 person development team.
