Well, this good ol' boy might get married next year!

I'm in love with that incredible woman, and she's in love with me too!

This will be a pretty challenging year, with her moving over here and all the adjustments that need to made, but the goal is clear, and the mutual love as deep as it is strong.

I only want but to make her happy, and for us to grow and build upon our shared love to achieve the best we can together.
I love her with all my heart, and I'll make her an ever happier person every day and every chance I get!

I'm so excited, and I wish for each and everyone of you to find love and happiness in your lives! Smile

I am genuinely happy for you and wish you a long and loving marriage. You will not always feel this exuberant and there will be times when you have to work hard to maintain a good relationship. There will be times when you hate each other too, I'm sure. Marriage is not always easy. Sigh.... Yet it's one of the greatest pleasures in life to build a family/life with someone you love. Félicitations

Thank you for the kind and wise words.
But I never was one for an easy ride either, in the sense that even if I feel like I'm on one (a dreamy cloud, that is), I know a relationship is like a fire: you have to keep it burning.

I love adventures, like she does. She's one of these women that are actually funny, and whose love and laugh never ends.

I feel so lucky and happy, and again, I wish that to happen to all of you men Smile

Congrats mate.

I wish you both a happy life, and I fully agree with what Nalo said.

Nonetheless, enjoy the cloud you're riding on right now. Very Happy

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Thank you! And yes, I'm sure that a marriage is like anything in life: if you stop (really) caring about it, it just breaks down or even rot with time.
I heard that well, that's why I'll always remain vigilant and attentive.

Easy to say when it hasn't even begun, sure, but I guess I'm that type of guy: When I love and care, nothing much stands in the way, especially with such a beautiful, caring and loving woman in my life.

I'm so lucky it's stupid Very Happy

EDIT: Thanks to you too, Frant Smile

You didn't have to amass the money and the power first?

Money? Won't be buried with it. Be savvy with it, but if you're not using it to live, what good use is it?
And power? I always priviledged cooperation over ordering people. Everything goes better that way.

She is! We did travel together quite a bit already, and there will be much more new shores for us to discover in the future Very Happy

The interesting part is the drinking, dancing and the games, not the eating though.

I still remember me and my wife being quite fucked up in the end and the wedding night was more or less a sleeping night with a huge hangover the day after. Laughing
