Race has nothing to do with it sucking. white, black, asian, martian..its the lack of talent, musical skill and tone deaf: as in sampling songs in one key, and singing in totally different ones over it causing what sounds like a cat on a piano tone clash..or doing a monotone drone of lyrics thats still off key, and the forced "trying too hard" vibe it gives and thats the cause here.

How can you not?
Only one that comes across as good is Alizé and its just a cut/paste clone of old school NWA style.
His samples are muddled all to hell, the beats 1/2 the time sound like a walmart keyboard mixed with samples saved with a radio shack mic off a old VHS tape, and if thats the style hes going for the drums overlaid don't have the same quality and clash with it.
His vocal range is maybe 5 notes (notes not octaves), and what notes he does do are no where in the scale of the samples hes rapping over..Not that all rappers have amazing range, but the good ones at least sing in a note remotely close to the background melody. And his voice processing he adds only adds emphasis to the off key and drone, not compensate for it.
His lyrics are forced feeling, repetitive and overly shallow for the depth his trying to convey with the somber tone. They don't flow as if from the soul with meaning. They hit your ear like a brick of someone trying to sound hard core, jadded, and hard knock lifed. Much like a 14yo composing death metal sounds..the angst and struggle is there in juvenile form, but the understanding of how to express it convincingly isn't.
Maybe its my personal bias, he sounds like every other 'prison rapper' I heard while in prison(not saying hes been to prison, just he has that sound)..angry and jaded without the talent or smooth flow to express it well.

I mean there is people that love to paint to express themselves that are bad at it. but do it for themselves. I just lump him into that category of musicians. I will give him this, at least he can keep a rhythm with the song better than lil B..if he'd just work on learning to hear what key to sing for the song hes on, or stop thinking adding flanging and stereo separation to his voice masks the fact he sounds like ben stein rapping with that monotone drone, hed be actually ok
It sound like hes going for the old school Bone Thugs N Harmony type smooth silky drone rap style, but not succeeding on it.
