...arabic speaking woman just outside the window (im on first floor). Her son is likely in the playground close by.
Instead of walking over to him (would take less than 1 minute) she screams loudly and very angrily (what it sounds like to me) to communicate with him.
Son shouts back.
The exchange can last a good 30 minutes (it did yesterday), today i'm 10 minutes into it.

This seems to have become a daily ritual for them.
Good for them.

Taking care of children + go shopping (usually they do it with daughter/female relative or friend), they can do that for sure, i see that daily.

other typical occurrences, walk in the bicycle lane, walk in front of cars very, very slowly (e.g outside store/on parking lot). They know they can get away with it, it won't lead to anything apart from being able to annoy people. swedes almost never seek conflict or to annoy people, the complete opposite. there's always exceptions of course.

Maybe tell them "we don't take kindly to arabic people and their children round here?"

explain how it would be less annoying if they were Swedish or asian or whatever?

Not that i've ever seen that kind of behavior from Asians or Swedes around here. Different cultures have different behaviors (the norm for that culture, of course there will always be small exceptions)

I yell at the kids, but I have three kids and really don't have patience to calmly repeat the same sentences over and over again and get into philosofical debates why something should or should not be done and the ethics behind it.

But having one kid and arguing loud with it for half an hour is really bad parenthood.
