May it be possible that after let us say 12 hours after posting something, and no one responds, the message deletes itself automatically?

You could do this yourself with a script. Have it run every 12 hours, see if the topic has more than one post, if not, delete post.

If one post = it must be a new topic, you are allowed to delete it, so it will be deleted

If more than one post = doesn't matter, you won't have permissions to delete it anyway

Alternatively you could stop drunk posting
