It's pretty cool, I already used it to write some lore for my game.
A quick test:
Quote: |
Me:
Write a story about a NFOHump forum user called stormwolf who bought expensive GPUs and worried his house would catch fire due to cable hazards. He also hated the forum user, interinactive, because he was much better at playing Dink Smallwood than he was.
AI:
Stormwolf was a passionate and dedicated gamer who spent countless hours playing the latest and greatest games on his powerful gaming rig. He was known on the NFOHump forum for his love of high-end hardware and his willingness to spend big on the best GPUs and CPUs on the market.
But despite his love of gaming and his impressive hardware, Stormwolf had two major flaws: he worried constantly that his house would catch fire due to cable hazards, and he hated the forum user, interinactive, because he was much better at playing Dink Smallwood than he was.
One day, Stormwolf decided to upgrade his gaming rig with the latest and most expensive GPUs on the market. He spent a small fortune on the hardware, but he was confident that it would be worth it for the improved gaming experience.
But as soon as Stormwolf installed the new GPUs, he began to worry that the additional cables would create a fire hazard in his home. He spent hours checking and rechecking the routing and organization of his cables, and he barely slept at night out of fear.
Meanwhile, Stormwolf's hatred for interinactive continued to grow. He would spend hours stalking interinactive's posts and games, seething with envy at his skill and success.
Finally, after days of worrying and stressing, Stormwolf decided to take his hardware to a professional to have it checked and inspected. The professional assured him that everything was fine and that his cables were properly routed and organized, eliminating the risk of fire.
But even with the reassurance of the professional, Stormwolf could not shake his hatred for interinactive. He continued to envy and resent him, even as he enjoyed his new gaming rig to the fullest.
In the end, Stormwolf's hatred and envy consumed him, and he was never able to find peace or happiness in the NFOHump forum. He lived the rest of his days as a bitter and resentful gamer, always looking for ways to bring interinactive down. |

We're still at an early point. Weak AI like this is going to cause major upheavals soon, even if we won't achieve AGI (strong AI) for decades.
It's nice seeing everything coming slowly to fruition that I read about in books 10-15 years ago.
We have good futurologists...for me none of this is surprising, just sit back and enjoy the show, it's gonna get much more exciting.
