It's 3 seasons, just the last one was made recently. Don't watch the Stephen King remake.

Another one from the Boopilands that hasn't been mentioned yet and it is worth watching: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1242773/?ref_=tt_urv (There's a movie as well with the same name, but the TV series is the superior experience)
I've been watching S01 of Şahsiyet (just finished episode 7). It started very strong, but there's been some laziness with the writing in the last few eps. Also, what's with the mentally challenged grandson (and friends) and their retarded side plot?. The kind of stuff why I wouldn't put it on the same level of a masterpiece like Gomorrah, though to be fair, they're very different tv shows. Still, I hope that the main plot will wrap up nicely in the end.
Characters and acting performances are so far the most consistent aspect of this show, especially the 2 leads and some of the secondaries, though for a few others, like Nevra's mother, it feels like it was their first acting gig
Anyway, hopefully they don't take too long with those subs for S02.
Finished season 1 of Şahsiyet, a truly well made show. The performance by the 2 lead actors was great, the main protagonist (Agâh) in particular was fantastic. Some of the secondaries were remarkable as well, like for instance the flamenco-loving judge's wife. I just wish they hadn't wasted so much runtime on the idiotic teenage side plot
I officially join the wait for the english subs for season 2, in the meantime here is the (subtitled) trailer:
If we are talking movies:
Spain
Amores Perros
Celda 211
Argentina
El secreto de sus ojos
France
Irreversible
Brazil
Faroeste Caboclo
Tropa de Elite
Tropa de Elite 2
Clark (Swedish, Netflix) is hilarious and well made about the guy who gave rise to what is known as "the Stockholm Syndrome", Clark Olofsson. Bill Skarsgård as Clark.
