Months ago i've bought the above tablet and had a duplicate of my phone's SIM inserted into it so i could use it for 5G net etc

However the big mistake is that the tablet itself RECEIVES CALLS NOW TOO besides of my phone and i want to disable such calls ON THE TABLET ...

...BUT KEEPING THE 5G NET FUNCTIONS WORKING

Any help?. Google ain't helping ..

Not an expert on mobile, but not sure if you can.
If its sim is like the purpose of the one in my watch its a clone of your phone/shares with your phone. So essentially it is a twin of your phone. When the towers send out call to that number, both take it as they are indistinguishable from each other on which should do what.

Maybe someone else has more info, but I got the one for my watch I had the same question, I just wanted the 5g on it so I could get email and such notifications without needing my phone on me all the time. But found out since its no different than just putting my sim into my watch out of my phone (but not both have it), it gets calls too to my number.

What Storm said could work.
Test it first, as if I do that on my watch it also means its set on my phone.
Well doesn't 'set' it on my phone, but causes it not to ring either. As the watch sends calls right to voicemail, and they share a number/sim ID.

In my case anyway, think of it like two old school phones in the same house on the same line, at least as a loose analogy.
If it rings and you lift it and put it down to hang up on whoever is calling, picking the other phone up after it did that wouldn't get them back on the line.

I could be totally wrong about how a tablet with shared number, vs watch with shared number works as thats my only reference. Maybe someone else knows a way to do it.
