Lawyers like that have been a dime a dozen for decades in the US, and way before the internet.
I could probably find 50 in my city alone that would take up these same cases to defend you. Just now some decide to be social media whores while doing it...only thing different is that.
You pay them phat money money, they will defend you on anything you want. Stab someone to death, 40 people saw it, and you admitted to it? Pay them enough and they will think of a legal defense angle to either try to get you off, or as light a punishment as possible if nothing else.
Now not ALL defense attorneys are like that. But a good chunk of them do day in and day out for the last 50 years what this video is talking about: Pay me money I will defend anyone for anything.
I mean think of OJ, he got off from killing his wife because he paid lawyers back in 1995. And he obviously wasn't the first lawyer to think of defending clearly guilty people and ways to get them off as not guilty no matter what they did.
As for the DUI police quota web...they didn't get caught in it as innocent people, they eventually ran into the web of thier own power by drinking and driving. If you think someone caught 'once' for DUI was so super unlucky the ONE time they drank and drove was the time they got pulled over...I got a few bridges to sell you at super low prices!
More than likely they have done it before, and got unlucky rolling the dice doing it this time and was the first time they was 'caught'.
