WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A RACING LEGEND?
Welcome to GRID Legends: a high-stakes driving experience that combines thrilling unpredictable motorsport, incredible race variety, and an immersive driving story that puts you at the heart of the action.
AN EPIC MOTORSPORT STORY
Take the spotlight in an engrossing racing story, brought to life by a world-class cast including Ncuti Gatwa, in a ground-breaking extended reality production. Face fierce personalities, paddock politics, on-track drama, and the infamous Ravenwest Motorsport, as a fly-on-the-wall documentary captures every moment.
THRILLING RACING VARIETY
Race, upgrade and customise every one of GRID’s largest ever car roster, from classic tourers, to single-seaters, to big rigs. Compete on over 130 routes including real circuits like Brands Hatch and Indianapolis, historic GRID venues, and new locations, like London and Strada Alpina – and much more to be revealed.
ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES, CONSTANT COMPETITION
Create the ultimate GRID event, from dream drift runs, to multi-class Eliminator races, to electric car events with boost gates. Mix up the conditions, time of day, and more, then take it online and challenge players to compete in your unique race, or browse the custom events of others.
NFS:MW cutscenes should have remained in the corny past, like they belong.
Doesn't surprise me from Codies as they push for this stuff heavily in the F1 games - in which it comes off as slightly more natural, since it's "grounded" in some form of reality; it doesn't make it less dispensable though.
I'll stick to Wreckfest/Forza for this kind of fun, thank you.

These are all actors? Thought they may be some drivers (I don't follow any driving sport to know ) since both EA and 2K have the habit to pay footballers, basketballers etc for similar videos. Tho TheZor's comment reminded me of the older NFS games with the cringe live-action cutscenes.
But damn Christina Milian in NFS:Undercover was hot AF !
D-rated cringeworthy soap opera with live action "stars" and a focus on immersive driving where trucks can race against open wheelers and you can bump your way through it, GRID is such a rancid franchise at this point
Thank satan we still have a handful of track-based GT/muscle/ow driving games from relatively small companies that do offer rewarding physics and require skills and precision, something that the main industry seems incapable of delivering. What truly concerns me however is the future of Dirt Rally, though once again I'm already prepared to face the worst possible scEAnario.

You can play a 10 hours trial if you have EA Play.
Game is exact same as Grid 2019 except now it has a story mode. Same arcadey driving model as ever.
There is a cockpit cam however and it plays great with logitech momo
I played last night on Xbox Serious Sex with the EA trial. The game is retarded, looks the same as Grid 2019, including same rolling 3m LOD. Driving is worse than Forza Retardon, which is pretty terrible on its own.

This game is cool. It creates a lobby when you start a career race so other people can join.
I actually raced another human being while doing my career !!1 Too bad there aren't many
