Totally legal file.

Trying to download it from my other phone(on wifi) over 4G.

The download just don't start.

Router DSL-AC52U
Port forward is done port 6881:6889
I have set a static IP on my phone doing the sharing

What am I missing?

Your passport, drivers licence, address, and the amount in actual KG of the food in your freezer, all standard practice now.
