i wish i could say it's awesome but i hate the artwork and those mouth animations are triggering,
if it was the same animation used in their character reveal trailer it would be great!
still gonna watch it though.
As for the art style, it's a lot better than the one they used in SW: Clone Wars (I could never get used to the either triangulated emaciated faces or the narrow vertically stretched faces and bodies.. just no.. in my humble subjective opinion).
I didn't realize they were doing this as a weekly thing so I guess I will just wait till Nov 20 to watch it all at once. I know nothing really about League of Legends so hopefully the storyline is decent as the art style looks interesting for this show.
Liked the animation, story was fine without knowing anything about LOL, really hated the plot "twist" at the end of ep 3 though, felt cliche and really lazily written.
Will finish it anyway and hope it won't be as predictable as it looks.
Nothing wrong with being predictable and they did a good job to get to that point. They were not even hiding the conflict, even from those who don't know LoL's lore. It's in the intro.
Damn this show rocks and that's coming from someone who never played more then 10 min of LoL in his life, such a fantastic artstyle and the writing is pretty great as well.
finished this and was fantastic, best animation "movie" ive seen in years, was so sick of the bs woke pixar and disney in recent years i just gave up on animation, but this is a very different beast entirely, more important its that its not another anime shit.
amazing technical aspects and just amazing well done characters, when u feel bad for even the side character dying then u know its good shit, same goes for the villains
