Hi all.

Is there a way to remove facebook smiley reactions in crome on facebook?
If there is a way to use them but not see where people have reacted to posts?
I have found this rather annoying now for a long time.

Hopefully someone knows as there aint much info on it or even if it can be done.

Thanks.

You don't need a different browser. You could block them with an adblocker if you can find the right selector / path.

There's also this for Chromium based browsers (Edge, Chrome etc)

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hide-reactions-for-facebo/lcaijjlnhkjilbeeafabmlpgpmonnadc/related?hl=en (customisable)

With an adblocker + that extension, it's easily possible. You'd just have to create a rule that doesn't refer to their randomly generated class names.

Hi Interinactive.

If you could do me a dummies' guide on this i would be insanely thankful.
They drive me nuts these smileys and reaction count on facebook and totally ruin my mood at times as i know this is what it is made to do, as it is constantly in the corner of my eye all the time.
