I have just installed the new ATI 5.5 Driver, and i cant use the "Control Center"
it says: cli.exe programfault
its some kinda "error".

don't use the driver with control center, get the one with the classic control panel, this way you don't need the .net framework

Sounds like it's:
A, your memory isn't fully compatible with the mobo.
B, a .net problem.
Whats the voltage on the memory?
