I really hope it will share the first reboo's structure, without bland procedural generation nor loot-based poo-poo. Shadow Warrior deserves respect, you no mess with Lo Wang.

This. With accordance to my plan of backlog annihilation I finished SW2 last week and I didn't enjoyed it. I hope as much as Ixi that they will drop the procedural generation and fix their hit boxes. And well make it more mature.
I hated what they did with 2. Way too many unnecessary design changes that made the game just plain wrong at a conceptual level. Yet I played it in the end, long after release, and by the end of it I really enjoyed it as a game. Not as a sequel to the fantastic reboot however. Digging the teaser trailer, very fitting with the 4th wall breaking. I absolutely love the idea of Lo Wang wearing Hoji's mask simply because Hoji was a fucking cool character so bringing him back in some way is really nice. Movement seems to be expanded upon once again, which is great as that was one definite improvement in 2 compared to the first. We'll see if they do it or not, but the teaser also gave me the impression that we'll be getting more actual martial arts moves. Would be really cool. Glad they're making a third game anyway, just hope they get the series back on track now!

DerpGN basically confirmed that it's going to use UE4 and that the campaign will be of the classic linear type akin to the the 2013 game, so at least there's that. Despite the typical heavy consolization which is something that we'll always have to live with, I quite liked what I saw. There are a lot of influences from nuDOOM as well, hopefully with less tiresome nosy autoglorykills(tm)
Looks fucking awesome! I have a big hard on for FPS like this now, finished DOOM 16 and Eternal and replaying Wolfenstein: The New Order before playing the next 3 games in series.
I like all they show so far, it's funny, looks great and gameplay feel smooth and fun, can't wait.
