I'm looking for an easy way to essentially overlay an audio file (mp3 song or whatever) onto a video file that was recorded on a phone but has been downloaded as an .mov file now to my local PC.
I thought about replacing the entire audio track with the mp3 but I would rather retain the original audio as well.
Any free (ideally) tool out there to do just that or would someone be willing to do that for me? It's maybe a 30-40 second clip so not a huge file.

I'd assume any video editor could do that.
Can't recommend any since I haven't used one since... I can't even remember.
