Tom Cruise has a reputation for action-packed movies, even doing his own stunts.
But he could soon be taking things to the next level - teaming up with NASA to film a movie in space.
Cruise, 57, is set to board the International Space Station to film the first narrative feature outside Earth.
Well, it qualifies, after all it will be the first scripted movie shot in space.
Also we all know that Tom Cruise will get into a fight with some of the people on the ISS who can't overlook the Scientology bullshit

"first scripted movie shot in space"... nope, not world news.
What's next? "First McDonalds drive-thru on ISS"?
And the people on the ISS will have to read and memorize a book of instructions from his agent on how to approach and deal with Tom Cruise, ie. they'll be forced to brown nose the entire trip. Meanwhile this is just another ego-checkmark in Tom's bucket list.
First blockbuster shot in space
Actual space in partnership with space x
Sort of big news.
Sort of world news.
Nope.
We've been sending civilians up there since 1986 although the civilian woman they selected had that whole thing ruined since she was a passenger in the Challenger shuttle that blew up after take-off. First space tourist was Dennis Tito, an entrepreneur who paid $20 million to get up there in 2001 (against the wishes of all people involved with ISS except for the Russians that took the money and sent him up there). After him there's been a couple more. Tom Cruise will just be another one of them with the excuse that he'll be shooting a "movie" which will probably be cringe worthy beyond belief.
Fools, you only think he's shooting a movie, when actually he's going there for the final confrontation with Xenu!
Not if the lousy Marcabians will send their regards first!
All kidding aside, I look forward to seeing his signature running in space possibly coupled with the inevitable chasing scene with a moon-cycle that Musky will design for him.

In hindsight, this is probably the best place for it.
