Hey guys,

Anyone here following the various branches of e-sports (be it either "sports", or DOTA2, LOL, CS:GO, etc.), and feeling knowledgable about teams and win chances?

I'm thinking of betting on some events to implement my meager income a bit, but wouldn't mind getting information first, instead of going blindly.

Not sure if betting is the best way to increase your money.. shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

it certainly implied it, better of buying some stocks where u rarely lose ur entire wager if things go wrong, while a bet is all or nothing and eventually the house ALWAYS wins the times u could get rich with people telephoning tennis results before the umpire actually updated the score are long gone and many teams themselves in esports are trowing games to make a buck to increase their meager salaries pretty sure there is an esports betting wallstreets bets like reddit community though

There are couple of betting-related communities on Reddit, most of them are for a specific game at once though (like /r/csgobetting). The information you're asking for can be made out thanks to the odds, you kinda have to go a lot deeper if you want to be profitable. If you're good with betting and involve yourself, than can happen soon enough, some online friends make a good chunk of money thanks to it ; it's a lot of personal work though. I'd suggest following only a handful of games at once, its way too time consuming otherwise. Pretty much the exact same as regular sports betting, really. Started digging into recent results already. Will probably go with CSGO or LOL first, then maybe add another game to my radar later on.
