Im so mad angry and sad.
Wife just got put in an uncomfortable situation, sister and her partner just pulled the rug under her, after setting rent and making her go to the us under promise of helping her etc. The partner just started whining about money etc, sister didnt even fucking defend her, now she is in a bad state and i wanna help quickly
I know jackshit about rent etc in US, how can i help her, pages, tips, cities that may be affordable/safe in NJ?
Any protections to keep an eye out, i wanna help her get a room near her work, newark, so she can fucking get out of there and maybe not commute 1 hour too. A room because a whole rent is too much for us right now.
Im all ears, cause if i feel bad i cant explain to you how she feels.

i think a motel is the easiest and fastest solution, they have monthly price some of them if asked, but tell her in an encouraging way to get some hair on her chest and talk to her sister face to face and agree to a middle ground and timeline, no emotional stuff, that doesnt help anyone. The guy probalby feels his privacy is fucked and doesnt get to bang his wife anymore with a another person in the house and he wants a concrete timeline so his gf dont tell him no anymore in the bedroom cause she scared ur wife might hear her when doing the dirty, woman are very conscious about such things.
Maybe ur wife can commit to some nights going studying in library or something, just not be 24/7 at their place during t some evenings ?
i had superb experience with airbnb, but only in europe sorry so dont know how well it is in the usa.

Thats the thing, its a lesbian couple, they are VERY comfortable around each other. All of them. They were renting the room my wife was waiting for to a guy, so its even better for them. But now shes all about the money, fuck whatever was talked before.
Thats what fucking pisses me off. I went there and stayed over 15-20 days each time and they get along just fine, she helps out, pays, does shit for free, fucking bends over for anything they want, we had a verbal agreement on rent, on everything, got into a car lease and parking plan because everthing was set and talked on, but i fucking knew the partner was unstable, she was always fighting over retarded things with her mother (who also lives there) and with my wife's sister.
Man i always fucking know when someone is just a fucking cunt. Here we are.
Im trying to negotiate with her, to see if we just fucking pay her what shes asking for, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. I KNOW things are gonna get worse, i mean shes kicking her mother out, and i KNOW her mother isnt the only issue there. I slept on the basement (a sofa without no privacy) with her and its hell, they are noisy as hell, they stay LATE making noise, she has to sleep early, its a mess, she wanted to move upstairs. Now this. I feel for her, WAY TOO MUCH, i hate to be in this position, i hate not being able to send her to her own house, man this is fucking eating me up.
Maaan, really im so fuckign frustrated..... no empaty at all.

kk lol that was an IMPORTANT detail u left out there haha , two woman, thats gasoline just waiting to go poof. Save yourself the money yes. Go all in on moving out superfast, look for a motel/airbnb right away. There is a chance after one week , they will beg her back because they need the money. Do not bend in this case. And refuse to negociate with the partnergirl. Make all talks in between family, your wife and her sister, fuck that partner girl. Sounds like she thinks u have no other choice but to pay and she can party more while u paying more.
dont give that cunt another dime. she is an alpha cunt pushing and seeying how far she can go, explain ur wife its the best thing to do as there will be just more and more demands fast when an alpha thinks they are in control

I know she feels like she owns everyone, thats what i got from her, everyone owes her. I saw some of her fights with the sister and it was fucking insane, when i heard her kicking her mother out because they are always figthing i summed 1+1 and i noticed she was the big issue, then asking for rent after threatening to kick her out was done deal, i thought my wife was on her blind side but no, now i see where she falls.
man i havent been this sad since years ago. Ill try again tomorrow, something has to come out, either a nice rent or something. Im looking at everything right now online.

Ahh empaty i guess and seeing her suffer killed my control. I cant imagine being in the US alone for the first time living and having this thing go by.
Anyways we are both calmer, pissed. She vented to her sis so im currently waiting for her ot arrive to see what happens next. A friend has shown a good offer to rent with a good family so we are looking into options.
@Waargh could be a nice guy that chops people up, ill pass.

I think you have set yourself unrealistics goals about whole US.
You either pay $2000-$3000 rent in NJ/NY and have less than 30 minute commute or you pay $1000-$1500 and commute about an hour.
I commute an hour each day from Queens to Lower Manhattan every day for past 5 years and probably for next 30 years and I don't make a big deal out of it.

isnt there still a lot of 10.000 usd houses on the market for sale that need a big investment to refurbish, but at least then u own something. wont be good neighbourhoods, but as long as u scout the actual neighbours and dont start putting ferraris or teslas on the front porch u should be just fine, there might be a lot of chineze/asian overseas owners selling their properties right now with the china stock market going to the shitter with the whole virus thing

Yeah, if you go to Detroit you'll be able to pick up houses that banks defaulted to their possession. Not that you'll find a job or a safe environment to live in.

 I know rent will be high, i dont wanna move into bad parts, but let me tell you, wont be worst than what ive lived, but will not be the plan. I dont mind comute, i drove her for a couple of weeks in out in out, 1 hour each way.. Let me EXPLAIN to you how fucking nice it is to just drive and count on people driving as a 6 out of 10.
Here i get stuck for an hour in a fucking derby where people dont respect ANYTHING, motorcicles drive like madmen, sweerving between cars, honking all day, people throwing their cars onto you, public buses play GTA V online.... AHHH jesus fuck driving for an hour with medium traffic and dummy traffic jams are a blessing, i loved it actually. But if she was gonna move.... jesus at least move closer to work.
Was looking for a youtube video of usual traffic and madness, they are all so mild lol, this is something else ill just say.
Right now since she is alone, paying 1k for a room should be decent, thats what we were planing for couple of days ago, shes earning very nicely so we were going to. But sister went to her last night crying, partner was crying too, they negotiated the price back afgain, said sorry balblabla, i think this is the first time my wife pushed back, but i know it wont be nice all the time, she will move when ready i suppose. Should do for now i guess.
Fucking 2020 with google, dom rep afrika. Its 2 fucking hours to miami.

great to hear price was back negociated, i think it shows they are relying heavily on your wifes cash, expect trouble trying to leave. Be prepared and plan things very good so u can leave in an hours notice, to avoid drama. Just pack up n leave without saying much, and dont look back, because they will drag things out as long as they can to keep that easy cash coming in and will play the guilt card and push all emotional buttons like nasty cunts do
