I didn't put Owlcat's games on this list because they are surpassing the indie status. They are publishing games from other studios nowdays. But their upcoming games are the top on my wishlist (Dark Heresy and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn).
This one is very close to the top. The first game was pretty great and the sequel looks like an improvement in every aspect and I can finally play with Necrons, one of my tabletop armies  :
