What the hell are they upto with my parts for TEN!!! Whole days!
Christ! I've just spent nigh on two thousand pounds with these jokers and I have to wait TEN!!! Bloody days for my parts to be tested! Ten! My god! It's an informational age we live in.
Your RMA has been received at our offices. It will take between 7 and 10 days to process your return, but we will do our best to reduce this time.

I know. But the problem is, is that OC'ers UK don't offer prebuilt systems. Besides, half the fun of getting a new system is putting it all together and bringing the beast to life. Not to mention I wouldn't trust anyone to build a machine for me.
