That video is not even in 4k and current consoles are "4k", so it's either a shitty teaser video or 1080p streaming. I cannot imagine 4k hires streaming but they could do 1080.

Google was streaming ass creed in their beta. Only US could apply to their streaming services (Google Cloud or something) though. So I guess all this crap is exactly that: their streaming platform. |

It looks like video game footage or at least cg.
Not being 4k means they are not a local console but probably streaming. Ps4 and xbox one trailers are often in "4k"
