Thanks ladies. I'm waiting for the vote results as I have no fucking clue how I got it! Went to visit my sister in the netherlands and already had an itchy throat and some pressure on my right ear. When I arrived I spent the next day basically sleeping with only being ~5-6 hours awake. Sunday I was a bit better, but caughing felt as if my head would explode. I gargled with a shit ton of luke warm salt water and kept myself warm and hydrated... Now I'm better, but today I also did nothing but waking up, surfing on youtube, preparing myself a pizza, eating and sleeping until now. DAMNIT! I WANT MY LIFE BACK!
Edit: It doesn't help that they have a shit ton of liquorice sweets (I DAMN YOU SUIKERVRIJ DROPGUMS) with zero sugar in NL. Jesus christ, my stomach...

The results are embarassing! Hahahaha! Everyone voted for forceful deepthroating and repeated vomiting being the cause. Only 1 person voted for a virus, obviously the duck itself.
