So I'm looking for more games like Alien vs Predator 1/2 in multiplayer.
What I'm looking for is where the one team is humans and the other team is zombie/alien/monster in pvp mode.
I've tried games like NS2, AVP, Dying Light: Be the zombie, Left 4 dead 2 pvp mode, Evolve, ET: Quake Wars, CS Zombie mode, The Hidden mod, KF2, Giants Citizen Kabuto etc.
Are there any more newer games like these games that are not dead ?

Its still alpha, but its a really really great game. I love it despite its bugs.

No, its not a mod for minecraft. Its unfortunatly made in Unity engine and the graphics arent exactly the best on the market. But the gameplay is fucking awsome.

Ok cool I will have to give that game a try. Can you describe the gameplay mechanics for me ? Is it like DayZ or Rust or is it like L4D ?

I think it's more a developer problem then a Unity problem.
Games like The Forest and Escape from Tarkov also use Unity and the graphics are fine.

It's basically a generic survival game. Hunger/thirst meters and all.
It really is pretty decent, but never really grabbed me personally as much as other games with fully hand-crafted worlds. The block based building mechanics are also a bit of a relic these days.
I'd say grab an isodemo. Check what's the latest version, and then look around.

Im not so sure. Tbh i dont think unity was design for games where the player can change as much as the do in this game.
But i hope you are right cos that means it can still get tweaked for better framerate.

Was*. Never played it but it's probably the only AAA multiplayer game to shut down that fast.
On-topic: I once shortly played one mod for Counter-Strike called Nexon. Seemed decent enough, you can play as monsters and it's free.

We need more of games with this play style. Especially NS2 and AVP.
Yeah Evolve was pretty good but dang it died fast.
I remember seeing a Early Access game on Steam that had a similiar playstyle like The Hidden Mod only in UE4. Can't remember the name of the game and it's definitely dead.
