Turns out 2018 was especially poor year for gaming(especially on pc) and I've not played too much. Even 2017 had more games than this but it's still not too bad.
Mostly just older games replays or PS4 catching up since I just got it last December.
Shame I only started doing this last year. Would be cool to have a list of every game I've ever finished year by year.
Here is the list in order:

2017 december/2018
-The Last Guardian - 4/5, I cried
-Bloodborne - 5/5, I died
-Uncharted Lost Legacy - 3/5

2018:
-Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay (2004) - still 5/5
-Killzone: Shadow Fall - 3/5 boooring
-Infamous: Second Son - 4/5 surprisingly fun and great looking
-Gears of War 2 - still great fun 5/5
-Gears of War 3 - still great fun 5/5
-Gears of War 1 - old and slow compared to stupidly fun and self aware 2 and 3. I still love this game but really it aged badly. It was a time and place but now sadly 3/5
-The Darkness - still an amazing masterpiece 5/5
-God of War 2018 - 5/5 probably my GOTY 2018
-Far: Lone Sails - 4/5
-Dark Souls Remaster - Not gonna lie, after ds2(I love ds2),3 and Bloodborne, it's no longer 5/5. It's 4/5 tops. First half is still amazing, 2nd half sucks.
-The Last of us Remaster - 5/5 the feels
-Uncharted 4 - 4/5 best characterization of UC games
-Uncharted 1 remaster - 2/5 dear god why
-Uncharted 2 remaster - 3/5 bullet sponges everywhere... and bad shooting mechanics
-Uncharted 3 remaster - 4/5 my fav Unchared. Coolest set pieces
-Tomb Raider Legend - Still very fun 4/5
-Donut County - 4/5
-Red Dead Redemption 2 - 4/5 Amazing characters(Arthur) and graphics. Bad story and gameplay
-Detroit: Become Human - 3/5

Tried:
-State of Decay 2 - boring
-Forza Horizon 3 - hey let us suck Your dick, we have this car for You. ITS YOUR EVENT... oh jeez fuck off
-Downwell
-Eldritch

Recurrent
-Enter The Gungeon - 5/5 Killed dragun like 4 times and put ~75 hours into this game
-Binding of Isaac Afterbirth - 5/5 did almost everything but I play this for years. This year maybe 20/30 hours
-Dungeon of the Endless - finally... all floors... on easy. Seriously... game ends on floor 9 max on normal difficulty
-Fuel - podcast game

Uff.

Wrapped up titles for 2018 in what order I can remember them would be let's see now.

Anno 2205
Assassin's Creed Odyssey
Assassin's Creed Origins
Far Cry 5
For Honor
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands
Watch_Dogs 2

The Ubisoft backlog is shrinking nicely but Zombie U, Assassin's Creed 2D trio and South Park still have to be wrapped up.
(EDIT: And the 2D Rayman games!)

And for Steam in general...this is going to be a bit longer.

AbzU
Agents of Mayhem
Berserk and the band of the hawk.
Charlie Murder
Cosmic Star Heroine
Cuphead
Dark Rose Valkyrie
Dark Souls Remastered
Dishwasher: Vampire Smile
Dragon Quest XI
Enter the Gungeon
Final Fantasy X & X-2
Final Fantasy XII
God Eater
God Eater 2
.Hack GU
Hollow Knight
I am Setsuna
Iconoclasts
Just Cause 4
Killer7
Labyrinth of Refrain
Legend of Heroes - Trails of Cold Steel 2
Little Witch Academia
Mary Skelter Nightmares
Mega Man 11
Monster Hunter World
Ni No Kuni 2
Resonance of Fate
Ruiner
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Secret of Mana
School Girl Zombie Hunter
Shadows of Adam
Shantae Pirate's Curse
Shantae Risky's Revenge
Shining Resonance Refrain
Sniper Elite 4
Star Ocean the Last Hope
Sword Art Online Fatal Bullet
World of Final Fantasy + DLC
Yakuza 0
Ys VIII

Begun but not yet completed.

Atelier Lydie & Soulle (I think, might have been late 2017)
Atelier Rorona
CrossCode
Dead Cells
Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition
Final Fantasy XV (Thankfully I finished Type-0 and XIII-trio last year ha ha.)
GalGun2
Hellblade
Kingdom Come Deliverance
LEGO Undercover (Might have been 2017 though.)
Pillars of Eternity 2
Shenmue 1
Subnautica
Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment
Sword Art Online Hollow Realization
They Are Billions
Valkyria Chronicles 4
We Happy Few

And gave up on these.

Shroud of the Avatar (Easily worst of 2018 of the games I tried this year, think it left beta in 2017 though and even then I knew it wasn't going to be a very good game but I still had to try.)
Crouching Pony Hidden Dragon
Folk Tale
Elder Scrolls Online (MMO so not really beatable but I did wrap up most story stuff.)
Hitman S1 (Technically finished but not the full thing with replaying the levels.)
Might and Magic VII
No Man's Sky (Got pretty far though but it's more of a endless adventure too.)
Street Fighter V
theHunter Call of the Wild

I think a few (A lot) others were late 2017 if I'm remembering right, lots of free time so a lot of gaming although overall since I picked up a fair amount of new releases the backlog only dropped by a small bit and was filled up pretty fast.

Might be some misplaced titles too, overall 2018 didn't have too many truly great releases though there were some nice hits and well the backlog is shrinking even if it's not by very much. Very Happy

EDIT: Hah quite a few looking them up like this and quite a few larger titles too but 100 hours is still doable in a week and this still doesn't quality for that '52 challenge some people try with beating one game a week for the year.

Aging fucking sucks!
(Well it's not that bad, still can't grow a decent beard though. Razz Go genetics! )

Seems I managed just a bit into 46 - 48 though, an alright result I suppose.

Just played Gnog (seen it in some lists). Fun and well made, but already completed it in an hour or so, so it would be unfair to put it against other games.

This is what was most notewhorty through the year, I went chronollogycally on Astats to remember all

Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition - first timer, ending was a bit abrupt, it was alright, i think i missed half of Durlag tower and baldur island, but not feeling like going back, i might eventually pickup BG2 tough
Yume Nikki- more like a walking dream sim, pretty trippy and i enjoyed it
The Count Lucanor - Really enjoyed this, looking forward for their next game
Barony - Got to the dungeon a with a couple of builds and got two endings, was nice tough i don't think i have much left to do.
Rise to ruins - played for a while, is sandbox on early access, it was interesting, will play of there's more content and objectives.
Killing floor 2 - played some weeklys for some months until i uninstalled because the game is like 40gb
Layers of Fear - it didn't really hook me, it was pretty.
Oxenfree - the ending was alright, wasn't too much into the characters tough.
Kingdom: New Lands - liked and finished this (not sure if i finished skull island) will play more from the author
Dungeon of the endless - finished and kinda liked, but not enough to finish twice
Halcyon 6 - abit of a goofy 2d space game to scratch my FTL itch, got a bit of SPAZ vibe, it was alright
Hand of Fate - combat what iffy at first but ended being functional, liked the rest and will play HoF2 eventually
Monster Slayer - feels nice to dominate a build, it was an alright time.
FNV - i got halfway through and didn't finish, lost interest in the gameplay, and didn't care that much about the plot. I remember took me like 3 days to install the mods.
La mulana 2 - had a great time playing without hints
Crosscode - pretty enjoyable and refined, it was a highlight of the year, story and characters were alright
Lisa - a painful ride specially the first game
Nuclear Throne - it's nice, but haven't got much into it
Endless Space 2 - Finished triying all factions, will play more when nex content comes up, maybe with mods.
FTL CE - already completed FTL, but trying to win once wit captains edition.

Overall, still enyoing 4X early plays, and some roguelites and jrpg-like. Favorites were Lamulana 2 (2018), The Count lucanor(2016), Crosscode (2018)
I think i've fallen out of love for the story driven western HBO like games, but i'm looking forward to trying or finishing on 2019, old and new
Papers, Please
Stellaris
Legend of Grimrock 2 - i'm a bit into the game but didn't play in 2018
Yuppie Psycho from count lucanor devs
Celeste
Slay the Spire
OneShot
Prey, because i liked system schock back then
Civ 6 gathering storm - not that much of civ after civ4, but still enjoyable
Warsim
Ara Fell, but the remaster in the making
Thimbleweed Parkā„¢ maybe, not sure if i'd like it
Thea 2: The Shattering heard good things

Only Street Fighter V and Pillars of Eternity 1 with expansions (50 hours playthrough took almost two months). I didn't expect that having children will devastate my free time this much Sad

Nah, it's not that expensive (plus grandmas are buying most of the cloth).
But I can't even go to the toilet without them knocking on the door and demanding attention. I started writing this post alone and one of them jumped on the lap to see what am I doing Very Happy
