Unless you made some kind of recovery record or created a par set, you're pretty much out of luck. You can extract with the 'keep broken files' selected, and you can save up to what is missing.
If it's a .avi file you need a program called divxfix to repair the partial movie. I'm pretty sure any incomplete mpeg file as is.
