Travel the globe and track your targets across exotic sandbox locations in HITMAN 2. From sun-drenched streets to dark and dangerous rainforests, nowhere is safe from the world's most creative assassin, Agent 47.
Prepare to experience the ultimate spy thriller story; your mission is to eliminate the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia, but when 47 learns his target's true identity and the truth about his past, it changes everything.
HITMAN 2 introduces new ways to play, new game modes and new features, including the new Sniper Assassin mode with franchise first co-op play.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
How will they shit down our throat this time? Are they gonna cut it up in 1-hour segments like the show 24? Sell them individually every month for 2 years?

Likely 2+2 maps from each expansion and 6 from the base game.

And are they really releasing season 2 as a completely new game now?
They are doing that retarded numbering that EA is doing with Battlefront and Battlefield.

@Bob Barnsen - no episodic content. The game will launch with 6 maps. Full game.

No more episodic releases and the return of the good ol' suitcase are pretty good news (on paper). If the design of the levels will be inspired (Hitman 2016 was hit and miss for me in this regard ), if the online components will be completely optional/separated from the offline experience and if at least some of the important missing features from the classic games will be back (proper difficulty settings from the get-go without silly XP requirements, peeking through keyholes, aggressive AI, human shields etc.) then I'll be a happy hitman panda.
It's a big list of ifs and with Warn-a-Brotha(TM) there's always the catch, hope the poor Agent 47 can finally leave the coffin behind and complete his troubled path to redemption.
No surprise you are supporting a business model that has expansions for sale before the actual game's release. After all, that's almost the next thing after selling concept arts as content.
