Yep the award for dumb ass is awarded to..... Me!! I won't try and defend how i came to format my d: drive, but i did. I have installed various data recovery programs. Recuva, Wondershare and Easus. None of them show any files even on a deep scan. Is all lost? Nothing at all is found when scanning, the drive has not been touched since the quick format. Thanks Paxsali. But booting into linux rescue still shows no data. Aw fuck, at least it was only my steam and oculus drive with games and no important data.
