I account share with my brother. As is standard my xbox is set as his home xbox and vice versa.
The problem is my brother upgraded his Battlefield 1 to Premium at some point but this upgrade doesn't show on my account. The first time i contacted MS about it via webchat the bloke i spoke to quickly identified the problem, reset something or other at his end and asked me to sign out and back in on both accounts which fixed the problem, my account then had the premium content but alas this only lasted a day. I have many other friends who account share and have the same game/dlc and all of them always have the premium content on both accounts.
Ive spoken to MS a few times since wasting absolute hours talking to people who tell me that what im doing is unsupported and doesn't work even tho others have the same setup and i even had it working myself briefly. Its hard enough getting them to fix the problem permanently when half the time they wont even acknowledge what i want fixed as possible or even existing lol.
Anyone here in the know on this subject and have any ideas? Also are there any good xbox forums i could post to?
