I want to get a high quality, light and easy to use - no bulky shit - cam for this summer. I also want a good video editing software; perhaps there's something for free, but I'm also (and mainly) interested in a good paid piece of software. What goes as the best software in general? I've never spent time editing videos, nor I have owned an actual camera before, so I'm a newbie.
Some recommendations please, if you have them would go a long way - there's so much in all price ranges, I dunno what to grab, honestly. I'm not a rich person, but I don't want to buy cheap 'breaks when you stare at it' quality just for the sake of it, nor expensive just for the sake of it, I just want proper, decent stuff... I'd say 1080/60fps is a must minimum for a cam, but I guess we're moving away from the 1080 standard, soon.
If you have some insight on a cam/software drop em in here. Thanks.

You may need a GoPro or a clone.
