Scorched by the sun and hopelessly irradiated, the Earth is soaked in toxic waste and blood of its former masters. Those who remain are fighting to survive the endless and senseless struggle with the environment, and, inevitably, with themselves.
Inspired by original Fallout, Krai Mira also borrows some features from such games as Diablo and Commandos. Though we focus on the combat system you will also enjoy wandering around, exploring new locations, trading and performing quests in this post-apocalyptic world.

Looks rather rough, but could still be fun when it leaves EA.
Well it's on my WL now and I'll keep an eye on development, thanks Bob! It actually reminds me of a (pretty damned incredible, actually) German RPG I played years ago called "The Fall" - only 2D and not 3D. Honestly though, I recommend checking it out.
Current build represents 75% of main story (90% if you play in Russian. Key dialogues will be translated in 2 weeks). One large city, some random locations and mobs, few quest locations are left.
Yup, a "The Fall - Reloaded" re-release. Definitely a rough game and the barter system was a PITA, but it was damned fun regardless and the character customisation was massively indepth. Kinda like Wasteland/Wasteland 2 actually.
@prudislav
I guess it really will be finished this year then, nice! Thanks again
I was thinking the same thing when I saw the screens, looks too good to be true.
I am in need of some post apoc rpg game,so...
It's cheap too(thanks Bob),might have to buy this and give it a try.
Well it was fun while it lasted, ran in to a bug that prevented me from continuing...that's early access for you.
But the thing is,the bug might have been avoidable if the game had a proper save function. Right now it only has an autosave feature which(afaik) only saves when you move to a new location. :/
Other than that, rough game but I do see potential.
This game has been in at least one previous Indiegala bundle as well as I got it back then but being early access I decided to wait to play it. With the screenshots, it has that Fallout vibe so that was enough to get me into one of the Happy Hour bundle groups and got the bundle for like $1 or less. Below is a link for anyone that may want to try and find a group for the HH discount.

(there's an English mod on NMA)
Now that is a name that I haven't heard in a while
Good stuff, it's a shame that the game always remained somewhat unfinished even after the revisited version (with the tight budget and that uber-rough engine there wasn't much room for improvement), but it had a lot of great ideas - including the drivable vehicles, and was fun to play.
We'd need a remake of that, with a proper engine, but knowing the industry's habits nowadays it's probably better if they leave the poor Gaia alone
edit:
This Mira looks interesting as well, will surely give it a shot when it's completed.
Still have the english translation around somewhere. I remember making pretty far into the game , but i dont think i actually reached the end. Great atmosphere.

Meanwhile the people of that generation will call those guys relics, and not move with the times when everything is auto fucking.
well at least its only 2 parts Wonder if they planned it like this before or some unforeseen consequences forced them to launch it in 2 parts...
.. but judging by Bob's comment from March about being 80% done it was planned
Well, played a bit. Sadly it didn't really got me.
- No character creation at the beginning. Instead you put points into your stats ingame. Some skill points i dont see the effect. For example putting points into Agility to increase AP, but i don't even see them.
- You only seem to have one active weapon.
- Items in the inventory get used instantly if you left or right click on them. I used the two drugs in the beginning by accident because of some misclicks.
- Same for stat/skill points: They get distributed with one click and you can't undo that.
- No kind of questlog/journal at all?
- You don't see the names of NPCs if you hover over them.
- Several writing errors. Like one passive skill is said to give bonus health points (HP), yet in the different skill Tiers its written that you get +AP.
- I'm also stuck in the very first map already. The first dude told something about disarming mines, but i didn't find any. Then some military dude told something that i skipped through ( ). I only see a message in the bottom left to "use float to reach next zone"?!
But yea, at least the performance is steady 60 fps.
