What I don't get is why Sony and other devs are keeping so tight lipped about what the PS4 Pro will do to their games in 1080p (if anything). It's really annoying me.
he said that there are performance issues at least on regular ps4 atm...so thats crap..
EDIT: just watched both reviews and there are fps problems on all consoles including Pro..lol..still on the fence with this one, and IGN guy gave it 6.5 atm..meh..
Game is okay so far. Some characters (well most of them) are really annoying and cliché. But graphics are good on ps4 pro and no fps drops so far. "Hacking" feels better and more fluid.
Been playing for a few hours and had no frame rate issues at all patched to 1.03.
Ubisoft have disabled the seemless online play as it causes the game to be laggy so maybe that's the reason for the framerate issues? I'm pretty impressed with the game. It seems to be a vast improvement on the 1st game in every respect and I quite liked Watch Dogs. Also includes in car shooting this time round which a lot of people complained about in the 1st game. I also like the improved hacking
I agree I don't like the characters much and the dialogue is super cringy! The emotes are fun and interacting with pedestrians mainly by insulting them is amusing!
I bought it too, PS4 ofc. The xbone version runs at 900p and has the exact same FPS problems as the PS4 version has at 1080p
The driving is not only really arcadish, but also pretty strange, its very responsive, but feels awkward in some cars that aren't supposed to be responsive. And trying to get contras to make the car spin around is impossible. Some guy in a video claimed the driving was tweaked by the same people who made Driver SF... if thats true, they must have been drunk
And the top speed in every car feels like max 120 kph. The reverse speed looks to be 20-25 at max. It sounds like every car has 3 gears.
The damage model and car physics is also pretty strange and unnatural. It can cause some cool crashes tho Will continue to play tomorrow...

The games nowadays have checkpoints around every corner, not this one tho! So if you fuck up, you have to do it all over again. You start outside the location, so its not that bad. I like it for now, but im guessing it can get damn frustrating later in the game if you have to do a lot of different hacks to gain access and spend a lot of time doing everything quiet. Oh well, guess we have unlocked some OP upgrades by then
During the pre-launch phase of Watch Dogs 2, we were disappointed to discover an issue tied to the seamless multiplayer feature that caused the game to lag and crash periodically. In order to eliminate that issue at launch and for players to enjoy a smooth game play experience, we have decided to wait to launch the seamless multiplayer feature so it would not impact the core gameplay experience.
To be clear, players can fully enjoy the entire single-player experience without any concerns. Additionally, co-op is still fully functional by inviting friends through the game menu. However, the Bounty-Hunter mode and other activities that would occur with other outside players who enter your game will be unavailable until the issue is resolved. We truly appreciate the patience of our player community.

Haha Im not sure this is the best way of showing a game has been completed. You can just roll the credits from the title screen of pretty much every game and take a photo lol.

Id say the game felt like a 7/10 game for a long time, ended up as a 8/10.
I didn't really like any of the story characters. Wrench was cool at first, but turned out to be pretty annoying. Well, Dedsec is a bunch of kids anyways. I think the target audience is 15-25. At least I got that feeling. The gameplay wasn't that bad. I wish the drone could do more, and one of its last upgrades is to drop shock and explosives. And well, higher speed is nice and all, at least in those races around the city. It could also be able to insert USB stick at least :'(
The last missions where pretty hard, and epic... make that frustrating. When you pretty much can't go stealth, but still try to. I mean, its possible... but they know your location from the start, and the halls are narrow. Oh well, completed the last mission (that are in 4 parts) with HIGH pulse. Puh!
Now ill download The grand tour and sleep for some days (No more games for awhile)
